• Website Data (if you visit our site): standard HTTP logs and cookies strictly necessary for site function and security.

2) How We Use Information

• Personalize practice, recommendations, and insights.
• Maintain, secure, and improve the app and website.
• Measure feature adoption and troubleshoot issues.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3) Data Sharing

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We may share aggregated or de-identified statistics (which cannot reasonably identify you).
• We use trusted processors to operate our services, including Google Firebase (see "Service Providers").

• Email settings: you can opt out of non-essential emails at any time (transactional emails may still be sent).
• Mobile settings: use your OS privacy controls to manage analytics and crash reporting where available.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) where applicable.

We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit/at rest where supported by providers, role-based access, and monitoring). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10) Children

Qubiee is not directed to children under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your region). If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us to remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll post the latest version here and update the effective date above. Material changes will be reasonably highlighted in-app or on our site.
