• Qubiee provides practice content, analytics, and AI-assisted features for education and interview preparation.
• You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative works from the Service or its content.

2) Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activities under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate your access for violations, fraud, or security risks.

3) Data & Privacy

We collect practice and usage data to provide and improve the Service. Details are in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

4) Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, designs, software, and data models, is owned by Qubiee and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

5) Paid Features (if any)

Any fees will be displayed before purchase. Taxes may apply. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable. We may change pricing or features with notice as required by applicable law or platform rules.

6) Disclaimers

Qubiee disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that results will meet your expectations.
